Pork Chops wih Onion Gravy

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Pork Chops
  • 1 Can of Cream of Onion Soup
  • 1/4 Cup of Water
  • Thyme
  • Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle chops with Thyme and Pepper.
Brown on both sides in a skillet.
Mix soup and water and pour over chops.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
When done, remove chops and boil gravy to thicken.
Pour over the chops.
