Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 cup dry milk
  • 1 tblsp water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups coconut

Preparation

Step 1

At high speed beat the egg white, dry milk and water in small mixer bowl until stiff. Beat in sugar gradually to form thick meringue like mixture. Fold in salt, vanilla and coconut. Drop teaspoons of mixture onto greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for 15 to 20 min. or until light brown.
