Ingredients
- 1 qt. tiny fresh carrots *
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbs. light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 Tbs. butter
- *can substitute 2 cans of carrots, drained
Preparation
Step 1
Scrape and boil carrots until tender. Placed drained carrots in greased baking dish. Combine sugars and sprinkle over carrots. Add lemon juice, dot with butter. Bake at 450º about 20 minutes.
