Strawberry Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box white cake mix
• 1 3 oz pkg strawberry Jell-0
• 2/3 cup vegetable oil
• 4 eggs
• 3 tblsp flour
• 4 oz frozen strawberries
• 1/2 cup buttermilk

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw and drain berries. Preheat over to 350. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch cake pan. Combine the cake mix, strawberry gelatin,oil, eggs, flour, thawed strawberries and buttermilk and mix until just combined. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for about 25 - 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
