Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz. each)
- 2 tablespoons butter or margerine
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
Preparation
Step 1
Place frozen salmon skin side up in an aluminum pie dish or small baking dish lined with heavy foil. Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 - 7 minutes or until skin is charred. Turn and broil for 5 - 7 minutes more or until cooked through when flaked with a fork. Brush with glaze and broil for 3 - 5 minutes or until glaze is golden.
NOTE: glaze burnt a little bit after only 1 1/2 minutes under the broiler. Maybe lower the rack a little & it might not burn the glaze & the glaze may harden a little more?
I broiled on the top rack - worked perfect until the glaze.
Was super yummy even if glaze wasn't perfect - will make it better next time!! :)
