Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups Oreo Baking Crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 pkg (8oz ea) cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 4 squares white chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp grated orange peel
- frozen whipped topping
Preparation
Step 1
Combine crumbs with butter and press firmly onto bottom of 9" springform pan. Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until blended after each addition. Stir in chocolate, cranberries and orange peel. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 45-50 min. or until center is almost set if using a silver springform pan. If using a dark no-stick springlform pan, bake at 325 for 45 - 50 min. Cool completely then refrigerate. Garnish with whipped topping, ornage slices and addition dried cranberries if desired.
