Crab Stuffed Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 8 large hard boiled eggs
  • 1 tblsp mayo
  • 1 tblsp minced onion
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 8 oz crab meat

Preparation

Step 1

Cut eggs lengthwise in half and scoop out yolks. Place yolks in medium bowl.Mash with fork. Mix in mayo, onion, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and hot sauce. Mix in crab and season to taste with salt and pepper. Fill egg white halves with mixture and refrigerate.
