Ingredients
- 2 lb of boneless skinless chicken
- 1/3 cup flour
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbl olive oil
- 1 cup chcken broth
- 1 tbl cornstarch
- juice of 1/2/ a lemon
- parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Dust chcken with flour, salt , and pepper.
Saute chcken in oil until brown and almost done
Mix together broth, cron starch, andd to skillet.
Stir in lemon juice.
Sprinkle with parsley when done
