Chicken Breasts w/sauted Tomatoes & Green Beans

  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can green beans w/juice
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • Chile spice powder

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle chicken with chili powder and fry in olive oil. Pour in 1 can of stewed tomatoes and 1 can green beans (not drained) and 1 can mushrooms (drained) in with chicken. Cook on medium heat uncovered until all juices are cooked out of pan.
