Ingredients
- 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can green beans w/juice
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- Chile spice powder
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle chicken with chili powder and fry in olive oil. Pour in 1 can of stewed tomatoes and 1 can green beans (not drained) and 1 can mushrooms (drained) in with chicken. Cook on medium heat uncovered until all juices are cooked out of pan.
