Ingredients
- Blend together.
- 2 pkg of lemon pie filling
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 egg yolks
- Add 2 cups booiling water. Cool
Preparation
Step 1
Beat until stiff. Fold into lemon mixture.
4 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
Crust: 21/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
1/2 cup melted margarine
Press into 13"x9" pan. Pour lemon mixture into pan. Allow to set at least 2 hours.
