Lemon Squares

Lemon Squares (Laurie Bartsch)

Ingredients

• Blend together.
• 2 pkg of lemon pie filling
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup water
• 4 egg yolks
• Add 2 cups booiling water. Cool

Preparation

Step 1

Beat until stiff. Fold into lemon mixture.
4 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar

Crust: 21/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
1/2 cup melted margarine

Press into 13"x9" pan. Pour lemon mixture into pan. Allow to set at least 2 hours.
