Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp drained small capers
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 large cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 fresh basil leaves, shredded
- Bibb lettuce leaves (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together first 5 ingredients. Drizzle over tomatoes, tossing to coat. Let stand at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour. Sprinkle with basil. Serve over Lettuce, if desired.
