Hamburg-Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 medium potatoes sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Starting with a layer of potatoes, make about 4 layers of all inredients (except soup) in a 3 qt. casserole. After last layer, spread soup on top (dont dilute). 350 for 1 hour.
