Spinach - Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Chopped Spinach
  • 2 Cups Chopped Broccoli
  • 1 Can (10oz) of Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 1 Egg, well beaten
  • 1/2 Tsp of Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp of Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp of Garlic Powder

Preparation

Step 1


Place frozen spinach in container and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 4 minutes. Drain. Place frozen broccoli in container and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain. In a large mixing bowl, combine sup, mayonnaise, egg, pepper, salt and garlic powder. Add cooked spinach and coked broccoli, mixing well. Pour mixture in a greased 2qt casserole. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until firm.
