Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 2 8oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 3 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tsp old bay
  • Milk to make creamy
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese divided

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, except 1/4 cup cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl. Beat until creamy. Pour into an oven safe serving dish. Top with reserved cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve hot with crackers.
