Crawfish Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Crawfish Tails, peeled
  • 1/2 Stick Margarine
  • 2 Cups Basic Vegetable Mixture
  • Creole Seasoning
  • 1 (10-3/4) can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 unbaked pie shell and top

Preparation

Step 1

Saute crawfish tails in margarine about 5 minutes. Remove crawfish tails, add Basic Vegetable Mixture to margarine and Saute for 10 minutes. Season crawfish and add to mixture, alone with the soup. Cook at last 20 minutes. If too thick, add a little Southern wine or water. Place in pie shell and cover with top. Bake in 300F oven until brown
