Sausage and Bread Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of bread w/seasoning mix from LaFarm
  • 1 lbs. pork ground sausage
  • 3 celery, diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • onion, chopped (I use dry onion)
  • Large can (s) of chicken broth
  • salt and pepper
  • note if you can't find LaFarm / then use l 1lb of good quality white, sourdough, multigrain and use 1 tbls. of dried sage and salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage with onion and celery. Bring chicken broth to a boil, add sausage mixture and stuffing

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
