Ingredients
- 6 T vegetable oil
- 2 T apple cider vinegar
- dry mustard
- 1 T onion, grated
- salt
- pepper
- asparagus
- egg, hard cooked
Preparation
Step 1
Blanch asparagus. Combine all ingredients, except for asparagus and egg. Pour over asparagus. Grate egg over asparagus.
