Fettucini with Chicken Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 T Butter
  • 1 T Olive oil
  • 3 Boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1” pieces
  • 1/4 ¼ C Dry Vermouth
  • 1/2 ½ C Whipping Cream
  • 3/4 ¾ lb. Fettuccini

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook noodles according to package directions.

2. Melt 2 T butter with oil in large skillet. Season chicken with S & P. Over high heat, cook chicken until opaque, about 8 minutes.

3. Remove chicken. Melt 2 T butter. Add vermouth and boil to deglaze. Add cream and stir until sauce thickens, about 8 minutes.

4. Add chicken, heat through. Pour over fettuccini. Garnish with parsley and parmesan.
