Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs. chicken drummetts
  • 1/2 c. Frank's red hot sauce
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Remove skin if desired. Place drummetts on a rack in foil-lined pan, season with salt and pepper. Bake one hour at 425 degrees until cooked, turning halfway. Combine red hot sauce and melted butter. Dip drummetts in sauce to coat completely. Broil (do not broil if skin is removed). Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
