Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 C Bisquick
  • 2/3 C milk
  • 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Note: Lowfat Bisquick, milk and cheese are okay. And Red Lobster uses white cheddar, but this tastes just as good.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine bisquick, milk and cheddar and beat with a wooden spoon for about 30 seconds. Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Smooth tops down with spoon. Bake at 450* for 8-10 minutes. Combine butter and garlic powder and pour over hot biscuits.
