BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP ( Kathy Little )

Ingredients

  • 1 ) 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 2 ) 1 can cream of broccoli soup
  • 3 ) 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 4 ) 1 package frozen chopped broccoli (10 oz)
  • 5 ) 2 cups half & half
  • 6 ) 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 7 ) 1 stick butter
  • 8 ) 1 pound velvetta

Preparation

Step 1

Cook onion in butter until soft. Cook chopped broccoli in microwave for 5 minutes. Add all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low until melted. If needed you can add milk to soup to make it the consistency of how you like it

Do not use broccoli cuts. Make sure it is chopped broccoli. You want the broccoli the consistancy of mush
