Ingredients
- 4 Tblsp of Margarine
- 1 lb of Crawfish Tails
- Creole Seasoning
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1/2 Bell Pepper, chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 Tsp of Corn Starch
- 1 Tblsp chopped Green Onions
Preparation
Step 1
Melt margarine in aluminum pot. Season crawfish tails generously with Creole Seasoning and Saute for 3 minutes. Remove crawfish tails and set aside. Add onions, bell pepper and garlic to the pot. Saute 10 minutes. Return crawfish tails to pt; dissolve 1 Tsp of Corn Starch in 1 Cup of Cold Water and Add.
Stir and simmer slowly about 20 minutes. Adjust seasoning. Serve over steamed rice and garnish with green onions
