Wild Mushroom Nachos

Ingredients

  • multi grain chips
  • 5 cups wild mushrooms
  • butter
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • gruyere

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook mushrooms in butter, add garlic, chives, parsley, white wine, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Simmer until reduced.

2. Spoon over multi grain chips, sprinkle with gruyere, then bake at 475 deg. in the upper third of the oven until melted, about 5 min.
