Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 3 stems celery
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 egg yolk
- crab meat
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and celery in butter. Add flour. Add milk. Remove from heat. Add egg yolk, crab meat, salt and pepper. Put in casserole and put cheese on top. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
