Baked Tilapia w/garlic and herb oil

Ingredients

  • 4 T Mrs. Dash’s garlic and herb blend
  • 4 6oz. tilapia filets
  • 8 oz. frozen, chopped spinach, drained and patted dry
  • 1/2 c Spanish onion, chopped into 1/4 in dices
  • 3 T olive oil

Preparation

Step 1


1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Rub tilapia with1 ½ T olive oil. Toss remaining oil with spinach and onion in separate bowl
3. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash evenly on each filet.
4. Lay spinach and onion mixture in 4 lines on baking sheet, top each with filet.
5. Bake 5-7 min. depending on filet thickness.
