Ingredients
- For Bread:
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soda
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups diced rhubarb
- 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
- For topping:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tblsp butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients in order given. Pour into 2 small greased and floured loaf pans. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over top of loaves. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.
