Ingredients

  • For Bread:

  • 1 1/2

    cups brown sugar, packed

  • 2/3

    cup oil

  • 1

    egg

  • 1

    cup sour milk

  • 1

    tsp salt

  • 1

    tsp soda

  • 2 1/2

    cups flour

  • 1 1/2

    cups diced rhubarb

  • 1/2

    cup nuts (optional)

  • For topping:

  • 1/2

    cup sugar

  • 1

    Tblsp butter, melted

Directions

Mix ingredients in order given. Pour into 2 small greased and floured loaf pans. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over top of loaves. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.
