Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2-3 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
Preparation
Step 1
Combine mustard, garlic, balsamic vinegar and seasonings and slowly whish in the olive oil. Stir in the Rosemary and add lamb chops and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for 1-3 hours or overnight.
