Step 1
Grease a 9 x 13 pan or 2 – 8” round pans
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Pecan Topping:
Melt ½ cup butter and stir in 1 cup flour, 1/3 cup brown sugar,1 tsp lemon peel, ½ cup pecans
Batter:
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 ¾ cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp lemon peel
½ tsp salt
1 pint blueberries
Mix together all ingredients except blueberries. Spread batter in pan(s). Top with blueberries. Crumble topping and sprinkle over blueberries. Bake for 45 minutes.
