Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 4 lb wings (24)
  • 4 T butter
  • 2 to 5 T Franks Louisiana Red Sauce
  • 1 T white vinegar
  • or
  • 3 parts hot sauce
  • 2 parts butter

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle salt on wings and cook half at a time in hot oil. Remove when golden brown

Melt butter in saucepan, add hot sauce and vinegar. Pour over wings and serve
