Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped red pepper
  • 4 green onions, diced
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz. ) pkgs. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. ground black pepper
  • 3 (16 oz) whole kernel corn, thawed
  • 1 (12 oz) pkg. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT oven to 350

IN A LG. SKILLET, cook bell pepper and green onions in butter over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Add cream cheese, stirring until melted. Remove from heat.

ADD sour cream, salt, and pepper, stir. Add corn and bacon, stirring to combine. Spoon into a t 13x9x2" baking dish. Top with crushed potato chips.

BAKE until hot and bubbly, 35 - 40 minutes.
