Ingredients
- 12 ounces Tuna drained
- 8 ounces Mozarella grated
- 4 ounces Cheddar grated
- 2 tablespoons Romano grated
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan grated
- 7 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 8 sl Bread White
- -Butter softened
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except butter.
Stir with fork until all is smooth.
Should be wet, but not dripping.
Start a fire under a flat grill on the stove.
Set it to high.
Butter the outsides of the bread pieces generously.
Put two pieces of bread, butter side down, on the grill.
Spread tuna mixture on top of the bread.
Top with two more generously buttered slices.
Grill for approximately 1.5 minutes or until golden.
Flip sandwiches and grill another 1.5 minutes or until golden.
