Ingredients
- 1 28-oz Can Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 C. Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp. Salt (you can add more if needed)
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Vodka
- 3/4 C. Heavy Cream
- Chopped Parsley (for appearance)
- 1 Lb. Penne Pasta -- cooked
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine garlic and olive oil in pan at low heat. Cook garlic for about 5 minutes.
2. Add tomatoes, Salt, Crushed Red Pepper. Stir, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
3. Add vodka, and cook for another minute.
4. Remove from heat, and add Cream.
5. Add Parsley and cooked pasta.
