Coconut Macaroons (Bonnie Roufousse)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1/2 ½ cup margarine
  • 1/2 ½ cup milk
  • 1/2 ½ cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Heat above ingredients; bring to a boil for app. 2 minutes. Remove from heat & add:
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup coconut

Drop from a spoon onto a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Chill in fridge
