Ingredients
- 1/2 cup real lemon juice
- 1/4 cup real lime juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 4 to 6 metal barbeque skewers
Preparation
Step 1
Cut chicken into 3/4 inch cubes. Combine liquid ingredients and salt. Mix well. Add chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Drain chicken and discard marinade. Skewer the chicken cubes. Alternate with red pepper and onion. Grill until chicken is fully cooked.
