Horseradish Coleslaw

Ingredients

• 8 c. coleslaw mix
• 2 c. shredded carrots
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 3/4 c. mayo
• 1/3 c. sugar
• 1 T. prepared horseradish
• 1 T. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, carrots and onion. In a small bowl, combine the mayo, sugar, horseradish and lemon juice. Pour over coleslaw mixture and toss to coat.
