Ingredients
- 3 bananas peeled and halved crosswise
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup dark rum
- ¼ cup Galliano
- vanilla ice cream
Preparation
Step 1
Cut bananas. In large frying pan, combine butter and sugar. Cook over medium heat till blended and bubbling. Add bananas and sauté 1 minute. Remove from heat gently. Stir in rum and Galliano. Return to heat and cook 3-4 minutes. Serve over ice cream immediately.
