Ingredients

  • 2 pnds grape tomatos
  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot peeled and sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup dry pasta
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 5 basil leaves torn

Preparation

Step 1

1) place all ingrediants, except basil, into pressure cooker; secure lid
2) set pressure cooker to soup and timer to 8 min
3) when cooking is complete, top with basil and serve
