Artichoke Dip from Brenda

Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts-quartered
  • 1 small onion chopped fine
  • 1 lg can mushroom pieces
  • 1 C mayo
  • 1 jar parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Add cayenne pepper, garlic salt and salt and pepper to taste. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray-spread dip mix in pan. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake 40 minutes at 350.
