Pineapple Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 c butter (2 sticks)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c sugar
  • 7 slices of bread - cubed, crusts removed
  • 20 oz can of pineapple, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Spray casserole w/non-stick spray. Melt butter in casserole. Add eggs, sugar, bread and pineapple. Stir lightly to coat bread. Bake for 1 hour.
