Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbs. chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 3 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. whole, fresh mushrooms
  • 1 c. shredded provolone cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in 2-qt. dish 1 minute on HIGH in microwave. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese, and mix well. Microwave for 6-8 minutes, stirring every two minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve.
