Bean and Kielbasa Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 med head of Cabbage
  • 1 med Onion, sliced
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 lg can of White Northern beans
  • 1 lg can of Tomato Juice
  • 1 lb Kielbasa (cut in bite size pieces)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook cabbage and onions in margarine until tender.

2. Add beans and tomato juice.

3. Simmer 2-3 hours until thick.

4. Add Kielbasa 1/2 hour before serving.
