Roasted Potatoes

  • 6 large Idaho Potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Seasoning to taste
  • 1 small onion diced
  • **Demarle silpat
  • **Demarle perforated sheet
  • **Demarle flexipan (to precook potatoes, if desired)

Preparation

Step 1

Directions:
Precook the potatoes in microwave till fork inserts easily into potato.
Dice the potatoes and onion. Mix with 4 tablespoons of oil.
Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder and any other favorite spice.
Lay on Silpat and bake at 400 until brown and crispy, about 30 min.
