Apricot-Mustard Sauce (for Pork Chops or poultry)

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/3 cup Dijion Mustard
  • 3 T. whole-grain mustard
  • 2 T. apricot jam

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream, jam, Dijion mustard and whole-grain mustard until blended. Server with pork chops, grilled chicken or turkey cutlets. Refrigerate, covered up to 1 week.
