Ingredients
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/3 cup Dijion Mustard
- 3 T. whole-grain mustard
- 2 T. apricot jam
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream, jam, Dijion mustard and whole-grain mustard until blended. Server with pork chops, grilled chicken or turkey cutlets. Refrigerate, covered up to 1 week.
