Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup dry roasted peanuts -- chopped, more for rolling
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, more as needed
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Soften cream cheese. Mix in sugars and add vanilla. Add nuts. Add powdered sugar; more may be needed, depending on thickness. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm enough to shape.
Keep in mind this is very soft but the end result is fabulous.
