Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs country-time chops (bone in)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 onions diced
  • Sauce
  • 2 tbls vinegar
  • 2 tbls Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1-2 tsp chili powder
  • 8 oz. catsup
  • 3/4 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

1. cut into serving pieces
2. rub salt and pepper into meat
3. Cover with onions
4. pour sauce over ribs
5. Cover and bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours.
6. Serve with rice.
