Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1&1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/2 tub cream cheese
- Filling:
- 6 apples
- 2/3 c sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1 T cinnamon
- butter cut into 5 pats
Preparation
Step 1
Place in food processor flour, butter & cream cheese.
Pulse till forms a ball. Refridgerate for 1 hour.
Dice apples. Add sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Take half of the dough, roll to fit onto pie plate. Add apple mixture. Put butter pats on apple mixture and then roll out last ball for top crust.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes
