Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 3 tbs water
- 3 tbs maple syrup
- 2 tbs low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbs cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp grated orange rind
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add chicken to pan and cook for 6 minutes on each side or until done.
2. Combine water and remaining ingredients. Add to pan and cook 1 minute, turning chicken to coat.
