Ingredients
- 2 plum tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 garlic clove minced
- Fresh parsley
- 1 T olive oil
- 1T red or white vinegar
- 4 oz crumbled feta
Preparation
Step 1
Mix avocado, onion, tomatoes and garlic. Mix in parsley. Gently stir in oil and vinegar. Stir in feta. Chill and serve with tortilla chips
